Teamwork is a way of life at Rhino. Rhinos volunteer for teams that tackle various issues, processes, and products. The Emergency Team keeps us safe and prepared. The Learning and Development Team brings us speakers on wellness and runs vital incentives and rewards programs so we can learn from each other and have some fun. The Rhino Reissue, like a campus newspaper, gives us the scoop and keeps employees in the loop. Rhinos get together to have fun at periodic mixers, at the company picnic, the Holiday Soire, and at our annual “Ditch Day,” when we all go bowling.
