Here Comes the Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day weekend is fast approaching, which naturally means that we’ve got a playlist ready for your listening pleasure, but our original intention – to wrangle a collection of songs that were barbeque-themed, since so many people are prone to having cookouts this time of year – kind of fell apart after Martini Ranch’s “Hot Dog” and ZZ Top’s “Burger Man.” As such, we decided to focus on weekend songs instead, although we did throw in a track from Jane’s Addiction as a nod to how long the weekend’s gonna last, just in case you needed reminding.
