Rhino Playlist: Four for the Fourth

If it’s time for the Fourth of July weekend, then it must be time for us to pull together another playlist, but when we set about to try and make one that consisted solely of songs involving “July” or “4th,” we soon discovered that, although we could’ve done it, it would’ve been about as musically disjointed a collection as you could imagine. As such, we decided that, for July 4, we’d put together a collection of songs featuring the number “four,” although we did at least kick things off with a couple of actual 4th of July songs, including a certain song by X which – at least to our way of thinking – was the only possible way to begin the proceedings.
