The Woman At The Gas Pump
I often drive around Hollywood in the late afternoon when I'm done doing my errands; I drive around the little streets where you see lots of interesting things to photograph. I pulled into this gas station on Fairfax and Sunset to use the pay phone and dialed the number. When I turned around with my back to the phone, this is what I saw: this colorful lady pumping gas (and her posture and the way she's holding the hose, as it were). It looked like a good picture to me and I quickly put the phone down, grabbed my camera, and took it.
