A word about submissions: We post what you give us, so please don't include your email address or any personal info. Your comments reach Rhino, not necessarily the writer, so don't expect a reply from them (or us, see our help section for contact info). We gather and post your submissions in batches, so do expect a short delay. And don't get bent if we edit your comments. We probably won't, but we reserve that right.
Comments:
I just heard that you've got a survey, but I can't find the f/ing thing on your site. Okay, so this will have to do - your humor is often very good; your interviews are sometimes painful - bad questions get bland answers. But Bob Lefsetz is golden - I don't always agree with him but I've learned a lot and ya gotta love his passion and honesty. We're of the same generation and I remember what it was like to get a new album - the smell, the posters and extras. At university I rememember Thick a s a Brick, Transformer, Ziggy Stardust, Dark Side of the Moon, etc. It was a time for reflection, reading liner notes and lyrics and caring about the amps, turntables & etc. Thanks Bob - I love ya. Your stories and feelings are exactly where I discovered music - the album art, turning friends on / being turned on by friends, loooking for hidden meaning in lyrics etc. Arigato from Tokyo. If you ever come over here on business please let me know - Allan
Great show, but less profanity please!
OK..."What you just heard, you should have heard more of......Go to the Rhino.com page". So, where do I look. Tommy Keene only gets to say "Hello"????? Where's the interview?
Lefsetz is the man. Like listening to my friends in college turning me onto something new. I live in China which is musically-challenged, so I can't wait for each new podcast.
I want my Rhinocasts! I thought they were supposed to be weekly. OK, survived through the summer break, but what's the holdup--it can't be because Lefsetz ran out of things to say.
I loved it,but i didn`t listen to the superman returns soundtrack.
