R&B saxophone giant King Curtis was at the top of his game on three consecutive nights in March 1971, when he opened for Aretha Franklin at a trio of historic concerts at Bill Graham's storied venue. Backed by his ace rhythm section, the Kingpins, plus organist Billy Preston, and the Memphis Horns, Curtis rips through a soulful tour de force of top R&B, rock, and pop hits of the day. This deluxe edition includes five rare bonus tracks, including a version of George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord."
