Having parted ways with his original band in 1974, Alice Cooper launched his solo career in 1975 with the Top 5 Billboard LP Welcome To My Nightmare. His third solo outing, LACE AND WHISKEY, followed in 1977, and was produced by Cooper's longtime collaborator Bob Ezrin. Highlights include “It's Hot Tonight,” “Road Rats” and the lush, moving ballad “You And Me,” a Top 10 hit that's one of Cooper's all-time most memorable tracks. It sounds better than ever as it takes its Encore.
