 Bad Religion ditch the 21st century digital route in favor of collectible red vinyl for this exclusive Rhino reissue of their eighth full-length studio album STRANGER THAN FICTION. Originally released on Atlantic Records in 1994, the record, mastered from the original analog tapes, struck gold on U.S. charts and placed the band at the forefront of the punk rock revival and its impending pop-punk offspring. 

 Recorded by acclaimed producer Andy Wallace (Nirvana, Slayer, Rage Against The Machine), STRANGER first made waves on modern rock radio with a rapid-fire succession of hit singles including "Infected," a re-recorded version of "21st Century (Digital Boy)," and "Stranger Than Fiction." The LP also contains such highlights as the aggressive "Incomplete," featuring pulverizing riffs from the MC5's Wayne Kramer, politically charged track "The Handshake," and the slowly harmonious "Slumber.” 

 Vocalist Greg Graffin, guitarist Brett Gurewitz, bassist Jay Bentley and drummer Jay Ziskrout founded Bad Religion in Southern California in 1980. In the past 29 years, they've released 15 studio albums and set the standard for pop-punk as further evidenced by the Gurewitz-run Epitaph Records roster.
