Now Streaming: Black Sabbath, DIRTY WOMEN (2021 Remaster)
Black Sabbath continues to stoke the band's legions of fans for the upcoming Technical Ecstasy deluxe edition with tracks leading up to the October 1, 2021 release date. The latest sounds from the set have arrived in the form of the 2021 remaster of the album's last track, "Dirty Women." The seven-minute ode to Miami street-walkers allowed guitarist Tony Iommi the space to unleash multiple guitar solos throughout the sleek and synth-heavy track.
"I think we risked a lot; I think we stepped out from our mold or [from] what most people conceived us to be," drummer Bill Ward once set of the band's 1976 studio effort, Technical Ecstasy. "We took the chance of being whoever we were at the time and allowed that to come out. That's always been one of Black Sabbath's standards - Be who we are, play what we are and be true to our music."
